Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not save a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting service creates ordinary technical logs, which can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and time stamps. Aggregated log data helps maintain the service and show which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Information
The limited data described above supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvement. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Palo Alto and Santa Clara County offices, California portals, courts, libraries, and outside search services. Their privacy notices control information submitted on their systems. The same distinction applies to sponsored results, which an independent provider supplies.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and support vendors process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic information already described. We may disclose data in response to valid legal process, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
Our Security Measures
An encrypted connection serves the site. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. Because the service has no visitor accounts, it stores no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor submitted information so we can remove it.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights to know, correct, or delete certain personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Because our holdings are minimal, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and technical logs. Submit a request through the Contact page. Public records held by Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, or California agencies remain outside our control, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to the custodian.
Changes to This Policy
Any revised policy will appear here. Using the service after a revision is posted indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
